Her experience includes significant work in the health and social care sector , criminal justice, schools and work with regional and national bodies such as the NHS leadership Academy, AHSNs and NHSIQ. She is a qualified project manager, executive coach and registered social worker with significant experience of managing complex improvement and change programmes and developing leadership and leaders to drive system change.
